In my spare time I polish my public speaking and communication skills as Toastmaters memeber. I'm aspiring permaculture practitioner and avid swimmer.

In the past I've redirected my career path from industrial maintenance management to software development.

I've done, among other things, over 10 years of code maintenance and functions extensions in a live industrial production environments.

My current preferred tool set: Python, PostgreSQL, Django, Git, Docker,Linux. Now I prefer boring tools which allow me to concentrate on the problem at hand.

I'm open to other tools as needed.

In the past I've used go (golang), cython, neural networks with feedback loops running on CPUs, genetic programming.

I've designed and implemented event driven architecture with log based source of truth for the system which is distributed, eventually consistent, can work with unreliable network.

In the past at the day job I did industrial maintenance management for a living. I made sure the machines work as intended, media flew trough pipes and wires from small to rather big ones. I did some office work, looked for some more or less obscure spare parts and solved wildly different problems daily.
