Exactly. No one is talking about how a Muslim tailor was killed by a bunch of Hindus and brazenly captured in video which also threatened the country's PM of a similar fate. The Hindu community then proceeded to pelt stones on the Police which came to arrest the killers.
remember akhlaq who was killed for allegation of eating beef, by hindu terrorists of india? Remember the hindu terrorist shambhu lal regar, who killed a man on live facebook, then proceeded to burn his body.
it's high time the world recognizes this issue and places security concerns in respective countries for people having such bent of mind.
Your language is one which is mostly employed by leftists Congressis, psuedo-liberals and radical Muslims in India. This "Hindu terrorist" word has been coined by such people to whitewash the horrific crimes done by radical Muslims in India and all over the world.
Do you have a single incident to show where Hindus have been involved in a terrorist activity in any part of the world?
All of these scamming companies are subcontracted to by Americans. The employees there are just poor people manning phone desks - as long as it is wihtin the law they are not doing anything wrong. The Americans who subcontract to them are the ones who are representing the culture of scamming.
I have been to one of these scam call centres. The workers there are just paid per 'lead'. They read off a script and the if the person at the other end agrees to part with the information, then they add the information to the form and get paid for it. This is standard call centre marketing and ton of legit businesses do it also. From an operators point of view it is hard to figure out if the scheme is a scam or not. Call centers are getting paid per 'lead' - irrespective of what the business makes out of it - legal or not.
I don't say every Indian is a scammer but what I'm saying that if someone needs a job real badly, it's easy to pick to work for a scamming company because the government enables them.
How you turn this into me being racist is just something I chose to ignore to keep it civil.
Purpose of a company is to create value in whatever way it has identified. Growth is a corollary of that purpose. Once the company has identified what value it provides, creating more of that value is the next logical step - hence the pursuit of growth.
> Tip for acquirers: when a startup turns you down, consider raising your offer, because there's a good chance the outrageous price they want will later seem a bargain.
This isnt accurate at all. Google/Facebook turned down the offers because at the time the offers came, they were 'feeling' good about their business. This feeling changes over time and had google not chanced on the business model of selling ads next to search results, they would have probably regretted not selling earliers.
No one at Google/Facebook knew that the companies would be as big as they became and most startups who say to an acquisition face failure exactly like the 99% of other startups, sooner or later.
Yep, often when we don't find the energy and motivation to do something, there's something wrong that needs fixing. Depression, the work being pointless, FOMO and other desires that should be addressed. Work as escapism ("start sloppy until the task has all your attention") works sometimes, but it's not really victory over procrastination nor even desirable.
wish that worked for me.
one thing that kept me going without effort was "Duolinguo". this clever language learning app has a points system and system of leagues where you move up if you are among the first 10 in a cohort. for competitive persons like me it works very well. i am working my language skills first thing in the morning and last at night, and anywhere in between.
the idea is being in a community of like minded people stimulates you.
Ridiculous meddling by the government. There are a zillion ways to circumvent this ruling - each of which are easier done by big guys rather than smaller startups. The only thing all this meddling ends up doing is making the space hard for startups to start in and increasing the cost of business.
