not anymore, converted over to logseq a while back and once i got used to the tagging its just quicker.

nice daily journal too. We use onenote for work stuff - shared stuff anyway

How would save a code snippet there? Daily note or snippets page?

Uh nice, I never heard of logseq, it look really nice!

How do you use OneNote for work though, isn't it slow? (not a user, but I assumed it'll be something similar to Google Keep)

instapaper

google keep or onenote works too

* studied more * explored tradeschool * saved more * told my parents i loved them more often * sped less (i had a heavy foot as a young adult) * drank less if at all * took a few more chances, especially in the dating realm.

I could co-sign all of these, especially the last one. There's a line from one of Tom Selleck's Jesse Stone movies that I wish someone had told me at 18: "I'd rather regret the things I've done than the things I haven't done." The "what if I'd taken the chance" regrets are the worst by far.

> told my parents i loved them more often

This hit me hard. Appreciate you sharing.

but there's something to be said about doing something with your hands and going to bed physically tired...

your other option is mentally drained, potentially depressed, probably anxious - especially if/when something breaks on you

i went with the desk job, yearn for something else.. would rather have become a machinist or welder looking back. do both as hobbies now to clear the head from the desk job

That’s the thing though… a desk job often affords you the time and income to pursue those other things as hobbies. The reverse is less often true.

No wonder they are now your Ex...

score supposed to go down? i get terrible frame rates, but probably this work laptop sucks.

Haha, it goes down from 100.000 like a countdown. The faster you reach the end the higher the score. The lag might also be chrome related...a friend said it worked well on firefox.

i consider it more of a toy than a game, you can do whatever you want in there.

i still clock a few hours a week at 51. sometimes its just to occupy the brain, rip down a mountain, work on digging a perimeter..

other times its exploring modpacks and having a goal like more traditional games.

like that there are communities doing even more with it (mostly the well known groups similar to and including Hermitcraft)

order one now, will probably take a couple years to get it anyway - you'll think of something in the mean time

still waiting on my uConsole...

initially it looks good, but feel like it took more concentration to just make it thru the first page.
