Now I'd pick DO with a CoreOS cluster running Docker containers for each service... or maybe Atlas by Hashicorp [1]... Unfortunately DO doesn't pool bandwidth.

So pick a different VPS provider. Or rent hardware. Or buy hardware.

The point is you aren't locked to a single vendor. Heck, even mix and match - replicate your services across providers, across data centres.
