You're better off just finding and OEM 256GB drive on eBay or something. You can use any 2010 or 2011 SSD in the 2011 Air, but the 2012, 2013/2014 Airs are not interchangeable.

I've upgraded my MB Air to a 1TB SSD from Transcend (JetDrive). I think it works with a mid 2011.
