I guess I've interviewed over a hundred candidates over the years. I always end with: is there anything you'd like to ask me? I can't recall a single meaningful conversation that ensued as a result.


During my noob days my questions were always about 1. Work times 2. Dress code 3. Questions of growth in company

As I got exposure it moved on to 1. Specific question on potential growth 2. Companies market position risks/challenges and their actions/plans

But I have not asked hard questions that a few have outlined here. Hopefully I don't have to :)
