(I'm from Italy) I can use it to find places, but not many, since it uses Yelp and Yelp it's not so widespread here (for example, my favourite Pizzeria: https://duckduckgo.com/?q=pizzeria+anna%2C+bussero or restaurants in Milan, https://duckduckgo.com/?q=restaurants+in+Milan).

It does seems to work with streets too (taken from the first results of restaurants, https://duckduckgo.com/?q=Corso+Giuseppe+Garibaldi+68%2C+Mil...) but only big ones, It couldn't find my home.
