My experience at a coworking space in Osaka, Japan
There's a HN Kansai that's pretty tech and startup oriented. They meet once a month, rotating between Kobe, Kyoto, Osaka. Most of their events are in English and attendees cover both Natives and Expats. Worth exploring.
