I would say the same to you. Roads are usually paid for by vehicle registration fees, gas taxes, etc. Pick a better example.



Gas Taxes are increasingly having trouble paying for roads. I think roads are normally paid for by property taxes.


There isn't a direct relationship between a specific tax and where the tax is spent.
