Bravo.! Let me tell you my story. I have been rejected just because I don't have enough activity on my github account. I am a young college senior. My most of "good" projects aren't on GitHub. They are not open source. So does that mean that I don't add up ? No. How can you expect undergrad college students to have 1000s of commits in popular repos ?
