If you inspect the page It appears they are generating a blurred version of the png on the fly in js. The source of the blurred version of the image is equal to "data:image/png;base64,iVBOR…7WkYklgQdZAAAAABJRU5ErkJggg==" while the none blurred version is https://beta.icloud.com/system/cloudos/1SBeta.102619/en-us/s...
