It shows comics from the German nichtlustig.de In the appstore you can see some screenshots, also of the included 4 panel instructions: It visualizes the 4 operations to be done with the app: forward/backward, mark as favourite, random cartoon and destruction.

When I saw it I laughed for a long time :-)
