I was trying to built something similar, already had a proof of concept ready built on top of components from Dokku. I can't wait to follow this project - I might even pull myself together and learn go!
Puppet-lint ;). But seriously, cool to see a puppet module for dokku as I imagine the author will continue to work on it even with this new project. I'd say keep working on it if you have time!
