I have verified with 6 people on my skype that uses odesk and they all confirmed that the support page has not been working for more than 10 hours now.
The issue is you cannot select the 2nd drop down menu to advanced you in the page and thus you are stuck there.
I am not sure if this is intentional or they just don't want anyone lodging anymore tickets. Please reply if you guys are also having problems.
