No bans? That'd be fun to see. What service do you run, so I can spam it with impunity?

And yeah, let's fine these service. It's not like poorer people need email anyway, so why not massively increase their costs?

Hopefully they'd be able to keep the service up for less cost than advertising revenues.

If not, the fine is too high.
