Even if legal precedent comes down for Monsanto, that just means that the legal precedent is wrong or incomplete, so who cares what the precedent can be manipulated to indicate... Monsanto is in the wrong here, regardless of how this thing turns out and regardless of how the law ends up being interpreted by the court.
