When the mafia is tying up taxpayers' resources on frivolities which do nothing but enable the mafia, it should be avoided.

Well lets just streamline the "fix" to the "problem" and instead of preventing them from hiring lawyers to "tie up" the feds by freezing their cash, let's just forbid them from hiring lawyers.
