I'm not really sure where you're going with this. You don't qualify any of your arguments and you seem to answer your own question of "how is Facebook relevant" with the idea that "the world is enamored with it."

Gigantic failure to its shareholders? You might be able to make the argument that its IPO was botched by the investment banks, but I don't think otherwise that its shareholders think of it as a "gigantic failure."




Being touted as the biggest IPO of all time and then losing half it's value almost instantly is a pretty gigantic failure.

It's really disturbing that it doesn't get more flack for this.
