What momentum?! Forced super expensive vehicles that are totally incapable of very long distance travel?
All this change is, is forced. Until I can go and do 1000km stopping only for <10 minutes for refuelling of any sort, on a vehicle than can do half or even a quarter of this distance, there is no revolution to be had. A long-term change, sure, but this is just another thing being forced to the market.
