If Canada just made those illegal immigrants legal, they could volunteer for EMS training, work on ambulance crews and staff hospitals. Open the borders and let the people work god damnit!
I can see how it looks like sarcasm, but, trust me, it's not. Illegal immigration is just a symptom of bad bureaucracy and a system that doesn't let in legal immigrants fast enough.
Let me state unequivocally: immigration is good, borders are dumb.
