Those are equivalent. You can just open your settings and change the font to whatever you like.

Also, if were really going off the argument of design - your font choice is almost certainly worse than whatever the OS does by default.

The OS, most likely developed by a multi trillion dollar corporation, probably chose a font that's highly legible and simple in a broad array of contexts.

Your font might be cooler, but is it better? Fat chance.
