I've used ChatGPT almost daily for months. It has never said anything like "I've seen whispers, posts buried in niche communities..." as though it's some kind of secret agent. And if it did, I would ask for the links. I'm not sure what "Sage" is, but it seems like it has been trained to respond as though it is a character in a spy thriller, addressing the fictional protagonist for maximal dramatic effect.
