"Alleges Family" seems like it should be in the headline.
The mother jones article which is the source for the latintimes article uses the term "reportedly". It also includes an actual statement from an ICE officer:
> Robert Cerna, an acting field office director for ICE’s removal operations branch, said the agency “did not simply rely on social media posts, photographs of the alien displaying gang-related hand gestures, or tattoos alone.”
If this was actually happening, what would you expect to see different? The reason we have due process is so that we don’t have to rely on second-hand reports to monitor the justice system. Get rid of due process and this is what we have.
