You sprinkle doubt and narrative for your own approval ratings, for other nations, the media, etc. Even if your goal is genocide. Not even saying that’s Netanyahus goal, just refuting this simplistic Disney villain classification of genocide.
Having a policy directed at genocide does not mean not exercising restraints for various reasons, including the reason of having a certain level of deniability around the goal.
