when I was searching for jobs on Linkedin/Ziprecruiter/Indeed, they only give you a keyword search and I still had to read a bunch of job descriptions that I am not qualified for and that I didn't like. this wastes a lot of time reading descriptions. This program puts all the desirable jobs at the top. I think its the most valuable for workers early in their career where they don't have recruiters messaging them and have to search and apply manually.
