Also blocks third parties from investing based on "political distance to and independence from China".

All law/policy is now up for misuse, by Donald. I don't know to what extent this problem is increased, because I don't know to what extent existing law/policy allows Donald to block economic activity.

I would expect the smart money overseas not to be very motivated until Trump is way out of the picture on this.
