Seizing resources from party A that they could have used for speech, and giving them to party B so that they can use them for their speech, seems to me to be contrary to free speech.


Yes, on such platforms individual users may be confronted with questions such as,

"Nudes of whom in your profile?"

"Did acquiring those nudes without consent make you feel safer?"

"Aren't you concerned about the consequences of possession and distribution?"
