Heat does leach plastisizers and other chemicals into food.

Microplastics do move from cookware into food.

I have a set of pots/pans and accompanying utensils, all stainless, that I've used for decades, and plan to use for the rest of my life.

This also constitutes a reduction in constantly produced plastic waste.

Try not to use ANY plastic...
