https://pages.lip6.fr/Marc.Shapiro/papers/RR-7687.pdf: the paper clearly calls it Conflict-free Replicated Data Types, though it does also define the two styles:

• State-based Convergent Replicated Data Type (CvRDT)

• Op-based Commutative Replicated Data Type (CmRDT)
