That is took place on July 1 makes me think it might have just been monthly portfolio rebalancing. It took me only a minute or two to see whether there had been any other big news stories affecting that stock in the last year. Seems rather remiss of Fox not to include such context, but then what else can you expect from a Murdoch publication.
