Unfortunately I don't see the option anywhere in macOS with my AirPods Pro 2 connected. I guess it unfortunately can only be configured with an iPhone (and I don't have one).

Wow, lame. I'm even seeing in the docs that it requires a device with iOS or iPadOS. :-P Sorry for the wild goose chase.
