mkdocs-material is fine if you prefer Python to JS, but I personally very much dislike how it looks, and as everything else it uses a weird custom Markdown flavor where indentation is handled weirdly which can create edge-cases where for example a valid GFM list is not rendered properly by MkDocs.

+1 on Starlight, though, it is my go-to and I absolutely love it.
