As a company, they seem to have lost their way with Windows as a usable desktop operating system on every desk and in every home.
I'm sure there are still great programmers working on it, but outwardly, the appearance is awful.

"Azure Timesharing OS" now gets all the goodies, also apparently they getting many new people versed on the ways of Windows, seeing how the whole WinRT mess went down, and is still ongoing.
Consider applying for YC's W25 batch! Applications are open till Nov 12.
