What is your cookie preference? (jisc.ac.uk)

I'm doing my Masters dissertation in the UK to understand user's attitude towards Cookie consent, preference and how to improve safer data collection.

I'd appreciate if you can take part in this A/B test which takes less than 2 minutes.

Thanks in advance

Just in case...

The various banners displayed are of varying quality but one of them is not like the others in a weirdly misleading way.

The banner with the green-red-blue buttons, has a green button that says "Accept Only Essential Cookies" and a red one that says "Reject Non-Essential Cookies" which are the same option. That is, this banner would "mislead" the user into accepting only essential cookies. Which is probably not a bad thing, but it feels improbable a site would do that.

But I hate A/B testing, and so I won't participate. Users like me fall outside the scope of your experiment, I guess.

Done.

Maybe I overlooked it. You were missing one that has the “essential only” as the standard option - that would be my second favourite (after not needing one because there is no tracking).
