I absolutely don't have the time or energy to read all of this right now but every paragraph I've read especially the nepo startup part. I worked for the same investor best friend at 3! yes 3! different startups and made no money while he became worth hundreds of millions.

edit: I've read wayyy more, still nowhere near done. This is like an SRE/Syseng/Platform manifesto. I relate to it all.
