Interesting. What is the absolute worst outcome for Google here? Big fines?


Breaking up Google? Not sure what you could realistically do here. Bids are blind. You could force them to disclose bidders to make sure they're actually real.

I've always found it incredulous that over the years you just have no idea what you're bidding for in context. No bid spread, no bid participants. Nothing. You get a number and whether or not you want to pay it.


Another interesting feature of the linked site is that you can go to the complaint itself from there, and read the section called "Request for Relief". Takes 30 seconds.

I find it funny, and not in a euphemistic sense, just funny, that two of the sponsors of this site are Canadian entities. The most wholesome PsyOps campaign you could imagine.
