Use paraquats and PFAs concentrated bio-waste to grow crops -> Widespread health issues

Don't use fungicides -> Mycotoxins

Doomed if you do and doomed if you don't. Honestly, eating cereal just isn't appealing anymore. I recently ate some granola without yogurt or honey, and it tasted rancid. Shame because the texture of oats is excellent.

That article says organic seems to do a touch better.

Funny my wife recently bought a lot of stuff at an Amish market which seems to be the T.J. Maxx of food. She got two bags of slightly expired macaroons that I think were intended to be consumed for Passover, for instance. We talked a lot about which foods are good past their sell by dates and which ones aren't.

> the T.J. Maxx of food

sounds like grocery outlet

Back in 2005 there were a number of policy case studies about mycotoxins in Mexican masa. There was a push to go organic and it lead to a large bump in fetal deaths and defects.

We studied them in ethics class as an example of how well intended policy still needs to conform to physical reality.

That is wrong per the article.

The article says organic and conventional are essentially the same with mycotoxins except one toxin where conventional is worse.

> Honestly, eating cereal just isn't appealing anymore.

All cereal grains or are you just referring to breakfast cereal here?
