Looks like Latitude Finance has decided to print money by charging absolutely everyone in their system - even those without any outstanding debt.

Hilarious. If a customer doesn't have a balance, let's create one.

Are there any reasons for this? I thought a dormant customer would simply be a line in a database. If they're dormant they're not generating any line items nor are statements being sent to them.
