That wasn’t for the initial charges. That was what she got after being found guilty (although it again sounds like it was a massive overreach) of sending threatening text messages.



It doesn't sound threatening to me:

All the messages said was, ‘You should be aware of what your daughters are posting.’” He claims that a fair trial was impossible, after all the publicity his client had received, saying,“Any jury would be poisoned.”


That’s why I said it sounded like massive overreach.
