Show HN: I made Lightshot-inspired screenshot tool using Fluent UI (apps.microsoft.com)

This is really nice. Works pretty seamlessly and the drawing tools are great. A couple of bits of feedback:

- I wasn't able to get PrtSc working as the hotkey. Ctrl+PrtSc did work though. I'm on Windows 11 and I tried turning off 'Use the Print screen key to open screen capture' in Accessibility > Keyboard in the Windows settings.

- Would be great to have the option to turn watermark off by default

- Windows' built-in Snipping Tool has a few extra area modes: full screen, window and freeform. I never really use freeform but full screen and window would be nice to have. Even better if the full screen option let you specify which monitor(s) it captures on a multi-monitor setup; snipping tool just captures all of them.

- A line thickness option would be good, especially for when you want to black out some text

Hey, I appreciate your feedback I’ll certainly add these features

Looks good. What framework are you using for the UI?

I'll stick with Snipaste because of the "pinning" feature - which is absolutely key for my workflow. Alongside copy, save etc. there is a "pin" that leaves the screenshot right there as topmost and you can resize it etc.

Also consider offering a download outside of the Microsoft Store? (some workplaces block the store, even if users are allowed to installed software)

I'm using WinUI 3. It's quite basic and lacks many features, but leveraging the Win API directly helps.

Yep, I'd also like to create an .exe later (I wasn’t aware of workplace restrictions), but I think building a website should come first.

Thanks a lot! Your notes were really helpful.
