Unfortunately, it's not possible to consume bsky feeds as RSS feeds either, but you can at least subscribe to individual accounts via RSS by appending `/rss` to their profile URL, e.g. https://bsky.app/profile/safety.bsky.app/rss , which is the account that posted the OP's announcement.
