Looks like the general shape of the complaint is the same. I think it has more information about the stuff the motion to dismiss pointed out were lacking (e.g., jurisdiction, venue, failing to meet elements of claimed torts), but after a quick skim I'm not entirely convinced it'll be sufficient.
