Ask HN: How are we doing in terms of RCP for Global Warming?

I just learned about RCPs [0]. Very briefly, there are 4 scenarios based on how "strict" we are in regards of the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions.

RCP 2.6 (the most strict and sudden of all) requires us to reduce CO2 emissions to zero by 2100 (which I don't fully understand either [1]) and to start right now by showing a decline starting in 2020.

I assume the decline in 2020 didn't happen, but I might be wrong.

Is there a "map" or open website that shows some sort of "RCP status"?

[1] I assume we have to emit X and have enough trees to capture X as well to have a balance of 0.
