While it's cool, this also sure seems like a great way to use a zip file exploit since I definitely unpacked this without thinking twice. A writeup would be neat, would love to see how this was done.
Thank you for the feedback. Actually it's the result of a PoC based on SingleFile [1] which can already saved pages as self-extracting ZIP [2]. The innovation is the integration of the screenshot in PNG format.
