As well as a great list of words, there's some interesting summaries of what focus groups thought of certain words in their quick reference guide that was quite illuminating (for example: the use N word by black people)

So does a dictionary. There is a world of difference between using a swear word or slur, for example, and citing those words as pieces of language.
