That didn't happen, and if it did then it wasn't us, and if it was then it was inadvertent, and if it wasn't then our current leaders didn't know, and if they did then it wasn't illegal, and if it was then we have a different interpretation of that law which is unreasonable anyway and should be ignored and repealed.
