If I remember correctly, if you're a Twitch Partner (have a subscribe button), it has been part of your contract in the past to not stream to any other platform while you're streaming to Twitch. But I imagine there is probably not much in the ways of automated detection for it, so if you're a smaller streamer you may have just slipped through the cracks on that rule.
