People doing work on their own free time to fix a corporation's mistakes for them gets you excited?


Yes - it reminds me that despite any overbearing corporatist or draconian protections on games in this very modern "service game" era, people are still clever enough to not only reverse engineer them, but resolve issues that cost some people thousands of hours of pain.

I still game an awful lot, GTAVs loading screens is one of many examplea that have juat caused me collectively hours of pain. I hate the anti-consumer world in which games are now made, but individual hobbyist brilliance fills me with joy.
