Just a small bit of constructive criticism based on my opinion. Asking for a city/state/zipcode is completely reasonable, but an initial job application for any decent software engineering job should definitely NOT ask for an applicant's full address right off the bat before you connect with a human. There's too many scams and data-collection operations out there to make this a trustworthy practice that decent companies engage in.
