I used to use bear a lot but the fact that I cannot have it synced with two different icloud accounts is a no-no for me.

I want to use my same notes in my personal and home laptops.

And still no web version :-(

They're a native app, all-in the App Store so I doubt they'll release a web version anytime soon

They used to have a page on their website which said "Bear for web is in the works!". [1] It looks like they have removed that page though.
